如果你的電腦上已經有漢語拼音的中文輸入法，可以不需要再下載Google Pinyin。但如果你想試用Google Pinyin，請先經過你的父母同意，再安裝這個輸入法。
You can use any Chinese input method that is already in your computer (as long as it uses Hanyu Pinyin 漢語拼音）； or you can try out Google Pinyin, which I highly recommend. Please consult your parents before installing anything.

When you are on the page, click the button circled and follow instructions (basically by clicking a few OK's):
2. When the installation is done, you should have a language bar icon in your Task Bar like this:
Clicking that EN icon, you should be able to select the Chinese input method you have installed, and when you do, the symbol will change to CH.
In case you have more than one Chinese input methods installed, you'll have to select the method you want to use by clicking the symbol next to CH and select from the list:
